The VX15B is the dedicated subwoofer in the PENTON PRO series, designed to deliver deep, controlled bass extension in a compact and rugged enclosure. Ideal for venues demanding impactful low-frequency reinforcement, it perfectly complements the VX Series full-range loudspeakers. Built around a long-throw 15” high-sensitivity low-frequency driver, the VX15B uses a direct-radiating bass reflex design with an omnidirectional dispersion pattern, delivering tight, punchy bass down to 42 Hz and output levels reaching 132 dB SPL @ 1m.

With ultra-low harmonic distortion (<0.5% at rated power) and a recommended amplifier power of 800–1000 W @ 8 Ohms, the VX15B is engineered to perform reliably in demanding live or installed sound environments. Its enclosure is built from multi-layer plywood, coated with impact- and water-resistant paint, and protected by a metal grille with acoustically transparent foam. M8 mounting points and a 35 mm pole socket on the top panel allow straightforward mobile setups with VX full-range loudspeakers.
